Ownership

MSS Security’s history dates back to 1896, when Chubb, as we were previously known, opened its first Australian office. Over the past century not only has our ownership changed, but so has our name, from Chubb to Wormald Security and then MSS Security in 2008.

Today MSS Security is owned by SIS Limited, one of Asia-Pacific’s largest security personnel companies and certified Great Place to Work, employing over 250,000 employees globally. SIS provides Security, Facility Management and Cash Logistics Solutions, which are essential to the functioning of a vibrant and healthy economy.
