Scalable Resources and Transition Planning
MSS Security took over our security services with 48 hours notice. MSS Security paid attention to detail and tailored their services for our premises. With our 5,000 trained security officers, MSS Security has significant capacity for surge and emergency security requirements. We also have a transition programme that ensures all contract rollouts are diligently planned and communicated to all stakeholders. We are able to transition services or provide additional resources at short notice. Our capacity to immediately deploy highly trained resources and rapidly respond to emergencies provides our clients with an
additional layer of protection for their sites.
Training
I have found the MSS Security guards to be highly trained and totally professional in the performance of their duties. A recent example of the guards’ diligence and attention to detail was the detection of several illegal clients who had submitted fraudulent paperwork for the issue of passes. These clients were subsequently deported. I have no reservations in recommending MSS Security to anyone seeking services similar to those they provide to DIAC.
